Congratulations to the LDC/CAPA Elite U15 team for their being Finalist in the Outdoor State Cup Championships. The team was recently formed and entered the State Cups with only  6 outdoor game played together.

In their first State Cup game, the LDC/CAPA team won a 3-0 victory over the Montgomery United.

The next team they faced, Philadlephia Coppa Soccer Club(PSC), were last year's State Cup Finalist and number 4 team in the state. In a thrilling game which went to overtime tied 2-2, the LDC/CAPA team exploded for 5 goals securing a 7-2 victory.

The team's next opponent was PA Classic. PA Classic is last years State Cup semi finalist, number 3 team in the state, and a Northeast Pre-Academy team. The LDC/CAPA team won a thrilling 3-1 match vs Classics.

With the win, the LDC/CAPA team secured a place in the Championship game versus the defending State Cup champions,Regional Semi-Finalist and number 5 team in the state. In a thrilling game, the LDC/CAPA team lost their bid to caputure their first Outdoor State Cup Championships.

In only 10 outdoor games, the LDC/CAPA Elite team made a run towards a State Cup Championship which saw them defeat a former State Cup finalist and number 4 team in the state; a former State Cup Semi-Finalist, number 3 team in the state and Northeast Pre-Academy team.

The LDC/CAPA Elite team has demonstrated that their quest to become a dominate force is within their reach.
